Jennifer Varadi focuses her entire legal practice on family matters, including but not limited to, child custody and child support matters. Additionally, she has valuable experience in complex property division and preparing premarital agreements, which help her clients adequately prepare for the future. She is adept at litigation, but as a certified and experienced mediator, she understands that the best results may be reached without stepping into a courtroom, including child custody arrangements personalized to the individual family and a division of assets and liabilities that set the client on a path for future success.
As a family law attorney, Jennifer takes pride in building trusting connections with her clients and takes a personalized approach. As a creative problem solver, she strives to help families resolve their disputes, big or small; working with the parties to determine what best meets their needs and will fit into their lives. She explains that there is more than one way to litigate a case and there are other concerns to consider during a case, including cost efficiency, reducing the emotional distress of divorce on the parties, the need for privacy, and most importantly the effects of protracted litigation on children.
