Overview
Alison Etherly was born and raised in Arkansas and moved to Texas with her family in 2008. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at Arlington and later pursued her lifelong dream of becoming an attorney at the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law, where she was a member of the inaugural class.
During law school, Alison discovered her passion for family law and chose to dedicate her career to helping families through some of life’s most difficult challenges. She approaches each case with compassion and understanding, while zealously advocating for her clients’ rights. Alison represents individuals in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and domestic violence cases.
Licensed in both Texas and Arkansas, Alison brings professionalism, confidence, and a client-first mindset to her practice. She is committed to guiding families with care and integrity, ensuring that each client feels supported throughout the process.
Outside of her professional work, Alison was married to her late husband, Curtis, for nearly 17 years until his passing in January 2023. She is the proud mother of two daughters, Allyssa and Taylor, and enjoys spending time with her dog, Milo. In her free time, Alison loves taking long walks.
