Overview

Joining the firm in 2025, Erin Clegg is Board Certified in Family Law and brings extensive litigation experience to KoonsFuller through her work on cases involving divorce, custody, child support, modifications, enforcements, domestic violence, and premarital agreements.

With more than a decade of experience, she does not shy away from conflict when children’s safety, truth, or compliance are at stake. She believes in empowering clients through both tough advocacy and honest counsel—because in family law, emotional intelligence is as vital as legal expertise.

Her commitment to law is matched only by her dedication to community involvement. While in law school, she received the Civil Clinic Pro Bono award. Over the past decade, she has been actively involved with the City of Denton Charter Review Committee and the City of Denton Public Art Committee.

Erin also donates her time and talents to others as a volunteer mediator for the Denton County Alternative Dispute Resolution Program (DCAP), and as an active member of the Denton County Bar Association. In her free time, she enjoys travelling to new places, hiking, pickleball, yoga, and spending time with her puppies, Nutmeg and Poppy.
