Holly Baird

Overview

Holly Baird is a Shareholder in KoonsFuller’s Dallas office, where she focuses her practice exclusively on family law. Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Holly represents clients in a wide range of complex family law matters, including divorce, custody disputes, and modifications.

With more than a decade of experience, Holly is known for her thoughtful, strategic approach and her ability to guide clients through challenging and often emotional situations. She works closely with individuals and families to develop practical solutions tailored to their unique circumstances, whether through negotiation or litigation.

Holly earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Hardin-Simmons University. Her financial background provides valuable insight when handling cases involving complex property division and financial analysis.

She has been consistently recognized for her excellence in family law, including selection to Texas Super Lawyers (2020–2025), Best Lawyers in America for Family Law, and the Lawdragon 500 Leading Family Lawyers. Earlier in her career, she was named a Texas Rising Star for seven consecutive years.

An active member of the legal community, Holly serves on the State Bar of Texas Family Law Section Membership Committee and has held leadership roles with the Texas Family Law Foundation and the Texas Family Law Council. She is also a member of the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists and participates in the Annette Stewart American Inn of Court.

Holly is a frequent speaker and author on family law topics, including procedure, negotiation strategies, ethics, and financial issues in divorce. She is committed to helping clients move forward with confidence by providing clear guidance, strong advocacy, and practical solutions.
