Overview
Jessica is a shareholder in the KoonsFuller Plano office. Her current practice focuses on divorce, child custody and the enforcement and modification of current orders.
Jessica has experience handling a full range of family law issues, including high conflict custody disputes, the relevance of substance abuse and mental health in parenting plans, jurisdictional complexities, child support, termination of parental rights, the effects of family violence in divorce and custody matters, complex property divisions, the intricacies of businesses and trusts in divorce and the importance of tracing and preserving property owned before marriage and gifted or inherited during the marriage. Jessica is adept at negotiating settlements and also formulating strategic, litigation approaches, and advising her clients on the delicate balance between the two. Jessica also has experience handling the nuances of parallel parenting, co-parenting and the fiduciary dynamics between spouses.
Prior to joining KoonsFuller, Jessica was an attorney at a nationally recognized plaintiffs’ law firm before founding her own practice dedicated solely to family law matters.
