Overview

Tarrah Lett is a thoughtful, results-driven family law attorney who brings a keen focus to cases involving complex child custody and marital property division issues. She is committed to helping clients reach just and fair terms, whether through litigation or alternative dispute resolution.

An avid cook and barbecue aficionado, Tarrah was co-owner of a popular family-run Dallas/Fort Worth barbecue and catering company. After 15 years of successful operation, she shifted gears to pursue a greater passion – the study of law.

While pursuing her J.D., she held intern positions with the 265th Judicial District Felony Court, the Joyce Ann Brown Innocence Clinic, and Chamblee & Ryan, P.C. In these positions, her duties included organizing and managing case files, researching laws and legal precedents, facilitating client correspondence, drafting motions and orders, and writing deposition summaries.

After graduating, she continued with Chamblee & Ryan as an attorney and then joined The Law Offices of Elizabeth Parmer. There, she managed a large and diverse caseload that included difficult child custody issues and complex community estate settlements. This enabled her to further hone her skills by collaborating with experts trained in child therapy, reunification counseling, parent facilitation, child custody evaluations, and forensic financial research.

When not devoting her time to the study and practice of law, she has been actively involved with a variety of civic causes in Keller and the surrounding community, including the Apollo Animal Rescue Mission of Keller and Connor’s Car Show, a charity supporting and assisting children with Downs Syndrome, and the Keller ISD Education Foundation.
