Overview
Tom Daley, a board-certified family law attorney and shareholder in the firm, brings a unique blend of technological innovation and legal expertise to complex family law matters. Drawing on his successful background as a technology entrepreneur—where he developed over 20 patented innovations in high-frequency trading software later acquired by a major Wall Street firm—Tom applies the same innovative, results-driven approach to family law.
Since 2009, Tom has represented clients throughout Texas and across the United States in complex custody and financial disputes. He understands that what matters most to his clients extends far beyond immediate legal outcomes: it's about protecting their relationships with their children, preserving their wealth, safeguarding their income, and maintaining their professional reputations.
While Tom is a formidable courtroom advocate, he believes in strategic negotiation as the primary path to resolution. His philosophy is straightforward: the best outcomes often arise from well-crafted agreements, but his willingness to pursue litigation when necessary ensures his clients negotiate from a position of strength.
Tom leads a carefully curated team of associate attorneys, paralegals, and litigation specialists who share his commitment to responsive, results-oriented representation. This team approach ensures efficient handling of cases while maintaining the highest standards of service.
At the forefront of legal technology, Tom is actively developing AI-enhanced solutions to deliver superior results more efficiently. He frequently shares his expertise by teaching AI applications in law to attorneys nationwide.
His practice focuses primarily on divorce, complex child custody matters, and prenuptial agreements, with an emphasis on discreet representation for clients navigating sensitive family law challenges.
